My scope of practice is cognitive behavioral in nature, but I understand that not all behavior techniques work for everyone. I am creative and willing to think outside the box. I offer help to families, work with individuals with ADHD and Autism. I also work with Adults struggling with depression, anxiety, phobias, and life changes. My internship and past work experience was very diverse and thus gave me a wide range of experience. I have counselled all ages and will work with small children to adulthood. I provide treatment with an open mind and heart. I enjoy helping individuals find their purpose and bring meaning into their lives.
